FAQ
Do I have to order prints through you?
Not necessarily, but understand that if you want the image you currently see in front of you to look identical or close to, then for sure use a quality lab.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am located in Post Falls, Idaho. Travel fees will apply if you are over a 50 mile radius.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 4 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
Do you require a deposit?
Every session requires a deposit that is non-refundable and that goes towards the total cost of the session. Amount of the deposit depends on the session.
Do you have a cancellation fee?
In regards to a cancellation, the non-refundable deposit is retained. In addition, if the cancellation is less than 24-36 hours in advance and is not due to illness/emergency, an extra fee of $20 will be added on. However, I am willing to reschedule all sessions at no extra charge!
